Agents FAQ

The future of work is going to be teams of humans augmented by AI agents.

General

What are Agents?

An Agent is an AI teammate in Relay.app that owns a set of responsibilities (Workflows). Workflows define the repeated tasks, like "what should happen when".

Agents group those Workflows and their activity history into one place, so you can give each Agent a clear job, such as "Custoer Support Agent", "Competitive Researcher" or "Personal Assistant".

Moreover, you can chat with your Agents and they can help you to create new Workflows. (Soon more!)
