Yes, it is possible to use an Outlook shared mailbox in Relay. In order to get it working, you will need to add an Outlook connection in Relay for you shared mailbox:
Go to "Apps" > Search for Outlook Mail > Click "Add connection"
Use your shared mailbox email to sign-in with Microsoft
You will need to provide the shared mailbox password. If you didn't set up a password for the shared mailbox, you need to do that from the Microsoft admin page (as an MS administrator):
Got to https://admin.microsoft.com/
Navigate to "Users" > "Active users" > Select your shared mailbox user
Click on "Reset password"
Now you should be able to use this password when connecting this shared mailbox account from Relay.
NOTE: It's possible that Microsoft asks you to install their "Authenticator app". If that's the case, the first time you sign in with your shared mailbox account, you'll be asked to follow the steps to set it up.
NOTE: Setting up a password for your shared mailbox is only so the account can be used with the Microsoft API, but nothing will change in your Outlook application set up (Microsoft users with access to the shared mailbox should still have access, and won't need the password at all to access the shared mailbox from the Outlook application).
At this point you should have an Outlook Mail connection in Relay for the shared mailbox, and you should be able to use it in any trigger/automation.
You can also share it within your Relay workspace, like you can do with any other connection.
NOTE: If you only want to use a shared mailbox connection in Relay, you don't need to connect your main Outlook Mail account to Relay, and you can use just your shared mailbox connection directly.
