Billing and Plans

Relay.app has three pricing plans with various usage tiers, the details of which can be found at relay.app/pricing.

To learn more what counts as usage and how to get insights in your workspace's current usage, head to Understanding usage.

Purchasing a Plan

Once you select a plan, you'll be presented with a dialog to enter your email address and location.

Collecting basic contact and location information

On the screen that follows, you'll be able to chose a payment method.

Optionally, add your VAT number

On the screen where you select your payment method, you may optionally add your VAT number and invoicing details. If you're in a location that levies VAT on software products, you can enter your VAT number here

Click 'Add VAT number' on the checkout screen when applicable
On the next screen, enter your VAT number and business details

Changing your Plan

You can make changes or cancel your plan any time from the same page.

To change your plan, navigate to Settings -> Billing. There you'll see a more detailed view of your current usage and what's included in each plan.

Changing your payment method or billing details

From the in-product billing page, you can change your payment method and/or billing details.

Can I buy a specific number of extra steps for just this month?

Currently, we do not offer a mechanism for purchasing a one-time set of additional steps. However, you can upgrade your plan to meet your immediate needs for this month and then downgrade your plan in the following month.
