Step & AI credit top-ups

How top-ups work

• Customers on annually billed subscriptions can purchase temporary step and AI credit top-ups for their workspace through the in-product billing page.

  • While customers on monthly billed subscriptions are not able to purchase top-ups, they can upgrade and downgrade their subscription at any time.

• Top-ups expire after 30 days.

• You can add as many top-ups as you need, including multiple of the same type and size.

• Relay.app will automatically use steps from the first-to-expire bundle first (including the recurring credits that are included in your subscription, if they are first-to-expire)
