HubSpot
HubSpot CRM records can have thousands of properties, and the HubSpot API only offers fetching a limited number of them. If your records have lots and lots of properties, it is possible that some of them are not visible in Relay.app. Basically they will show up as "missing" in the Relay.app editor.
In order to bypass this limitation, you can keep a list of property names that are critical for your workflow, so Relay.app can make sure those properties are always included.
In order to manage this list, you should go to Settings > Apps > HubSpot, and then for your HubSpot connection you will be able to configure the list of critical properties you really care about: Configure HubSpot CRM fields

Simply list the property names you really care about and Save. After that, your workflows should start exposing these properties always.

After this change, you might need to wait a bit, so Relay.app can fetch the new properties for your workflows, or you can also trigger a manual refresh of the available properties:
